The problem

The clothing brand was selling through Instagram posts and WhatsApp chats. Every order was a conversation: customers asked about sizes, prices and stock, then paid by bank transfer and hoped the parcel showed up. There was no catalogue, no checkout, and no single record of who ordered what. As sales grew, the owner had to choose between answering messages and running the business. Missed messages meant lost orders, and because nothing had fixed prices online, customers asked the same questions all over again, then waited.

The solution

We re-built the whole shopping journey end to end. On the new store, customers browse a real catalogue with live stock, add sizes to a working cart, pay through Stripe by card or bank transfer, and get an automatic email the moment the order is placed. Behind the scenes, the owner gets one admin panel: products, prices, stock and orders in a single place. When stock runs low or an order ships, it is flagged in the panel, so nothing depends on memory or a crowded inbox.
