The problem

For more than two decades, Inamia took orders the same way: by phone and by WhatsApp. Staff spent the day repeating prices, titles and stock status, and every order lived in someone's memory or a chat thread. There was no single list of what customers wanted, no way for staff to see where an order stood, and no way for customers to check their own order. As inquiries grew, so did the risk of lost and delayed parcels with no record anywhere.

The solution

We built a full e-commerce platform around how Inamia actually sells. The complete catalogue of Quran, Hadith and Dars-e-Nizami titles is online, with search and category pages, so a customer finds a book in minutes instead of asking. Checkout runs through a real delivery flow, and after ordering, every customer gets WhatsApp notifications at each step: order received, order shipped, out for delivery. In the client panel, staff see every order with its live status, so a question about any parcel is answered in seconds. Because the whole order history is in one system, repeat customers return to a store that remembers them, and the front desk no longer has to hold an entire business in its head.
