The problem

Guests had to message hosts to ask whether a room was free, what it cost and how to book. Every booking was a private conversation, and hosts answered only when they had time. The result was slow bookings and frequent losses. By the time a guest got a reply and made up their mind, the room was often gone, and reviews lived nowhere public, so every new guest had to trust the platform from zero.

The solution

We built a real booking engine. Guests search live availability by date, filter by price and type, read verified reviews from previous stays, and book in one flow: dates, details and payment in minutes. The moment a booking is confirmed, the guest and host both get an instant confirmation by email and WhatsApp, and the calendar locks so the same room can never be double-sold. Owners manage rooms, prices and check-ins from a single dashboard.
