The problem

Customers asked the same questions at 1am and at 1pm, but nobody was available overnight. Every missed message was a lead the business never saw again. An off-the-shelf chatbot looked cheaper but raised a different problem: it answered from generic knowledge instead of the business's own products, prices and policies, so it either repeated wrong information or escalated everything to a human.

The solution

We trained an AI assistant on the business's own catalogue and FAQ data, so every answer comes from facts the business controls. It is deployed on the website chat, WhatsApp and a phone line, in the same channels customers already use. The assistant answers instantly around the clock, stays consistent in tone, and flags anything it cannot answer confidently to a human with the full conversation attached. No overnight staff, no lost leads, no information repeated twice.
