The problem

The studio ran on walk-ins and Instagram DMs. Appointments were written in a paper diary, so double bookings happened and slots were filled without the therapist knowing. When a client cancelled, the open slot sat empty and the studio found out by accident. Clients could not see services, durations or prices anywhere, so every visit started with the same explanations, and the studio had no way to show how good its work actually was.

The solution

We built an elegant site with the full service catalogue, prices and a gallery of real work, so clients arrive already informed instead of guessing. Appointments are booked online and written straight into the studio's single calendar, with automatic confirmations and reminders. When a slot opens or a client cancels, the calendar updates instantly and staff can fill it, instead of hoping the phone rings.
