The problem

The menu changed every week, but the menu on social posts and the one inside the restaurant never matched. Customers arrived expecting dishes that were no longer cooked, and the kitchen lost goodwill it could not rebuild in a single meal. Meanwhile the phone rang all day for table bookings, and during rush hours it simply went unanswered. Staff had no live view of free tables, so same-day bookings were mostly guesswork.

The solution

We put the full menu online, editable from one place, so the website, the QR menu on the table and the kitchen always show the same current dishes and prices. Customers now book tables online with date and party size, get an instant confirmation, and the booking lands on a live schedule the whole staff can see. The phone still rings, but it is no longer the only way to get a table.
