Why Urdu, Arabic and Sindhi are different from English
Urdu, Arabic and Sindhi are right-to-left scripts. Urdu is usually set in Nastaliq, Arabic in Naskh, and both need software and fonts that handle ligatures, diacritics and connected letter forms properly. A layout made for English left-to-right text will not work. Quality typesetting keeps line breaking, justified margins and spacing correct in the original direction.
